Self care to me looks like: reading a book, listening to music, chanting along with Deva Primal, or Ram Dass.

  1. Today self-care is reminding myself to make time for tai chi, having a lovely long hot shower and trying a new moisturiser and dabbing on patchouli oil. Later it will involve a ‘live’ meditation online and the best self-care days always include art and writing. You’ve helped me realise that self-care can involve differentr things on different days with an underlying regular routine of little acts. Thank you!

  2. That is a really great list, thanks for sharing it! My self care always involves connecting to my creativity. Sometimes it is writing, others it is quilting, scrapbooking, gardening. And somehow hiking feels like creativity a bit, too, but maybe because hiking is so deeply about self-care for me.


  3. I thought this was a great list too, I’m glad you like it! It’s interesting how creativity and self care are so connected. Hiking must be great fun and give you chance to ‘be’. 🙂
